Shipping and Delivery

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This confirmation means that we have received your order in our system and if your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipping

All orders typically  will ship within 2-5 business days, however there may be longer lead times during holidays/sales.

Please note, when choosing your delivery method (i.e. USPS priority 2-day) that window of delivery refers to the time in which it will reach you once it lands at the post office, not at the time of ordering.

Phalena Haircare is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS/UPS. If a package has been marked "delivered" but has not been received by the recipient, it generally shows up 3-4 days later with USPS. if it still has been stolen or lost by USPS, please contact us at info@phalenahair.com and we will give the necessary information for you to file a claim with the appropriate post service. We cannot refund products or shipping.
All packages that are attempted to be delivered and waiting at your local post office/UPS are also in your care and you are responsible for retrieving the package, paying duties/tax if it applies.

International Orders
